Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Noble Wines website. By placing an order through the Noble Wines, you express your understanding and agreement that you are bound by these Terms, in addition to the Site Terms. If you are unwilling to be bound by these Terms and the www.noblewines.co.nz Site Terms, you may not use Noble Wines.

Pricing and Payments

All product prices on the Noble Wines are given in New Zealand Dollars ($NZD) and are shown inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST), however are exclusive of delivery costs. Delivery costs are free of charge in most cases.

We accept payment by credit card (MasterCard and Visa) & can only assume you, as the purchaser, are the legal holder of the credit card used to purchase our goods. Noble Wines accepts no responsibility for the fraudulent misuse of credit cards used when making a purchase from our website platform. We use Windcave as our secure payment gateway for processing credit cards. We do not record your credit card details and it is a trusted and secure gateway for online payment. All credit card and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by us and our bank to maintain security and prevent fraud. No cash payments are accepted by Noble Wines.

When purchasing a product from Noble Wines you agree that the product will be sent to you at your chosen address for use at your own discretion. Noble Wines accepts no responsibility once the goods have been received by the customer & ownership of the goods is solely the responsibility of the customer from this point onwards.

Online Process

As our products are age restricted & you will be required to confirm your age upon entry to our website. By confirming you are over 18 years of age you accept liability for all purchases made through Noble Wines. Before confirming your order for payment processing you will be asked again to confirm you are of legal age to purchase goods through Noble Wines and accept all responsibility for the purchase. We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Please note Noble Wines has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the selected product has been purchased. All online processing problems are the responsibility of Noble Wines. Noble Wines will endeavour to resolve any payment issues as quickly as possible with regular customer correspondence.

Delivery/Shipping

We will endeavour to send out your order the same day within NZ if your order is placed before 3pm otherwise the following business day. No international orders are able to be sent as our service is restricted to NZ wide only. You will receive your selected product via courier delivery. As the product is subject to age restriction the delivery will be required to be signed for and identification provided. Our courier company reserves the right to refuse delivery of product if any doubt as to the legality of the receiver is questioned. The purchase of a gift voucher can be made from any location world wide and will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the order. The shipping prices cover most purchases, however Noble Wines reserve the right to charge extra as applicable on any oversized/heavy products or rural deliveries which incur an extra fee.

Our Returns & Refunds Policy

Upon purchasing your product from Noble Wines you agree to accept the product and no refund will be given for a change of mind. If, when you receive your wine there is an issue with faulty or off wine we will issue a replacement bottle to the same value as the faulty bottle/s. Enquiries must be made within 24 hours of discovering any problem with your wine/s. When purchasing a voucher from Noble Wines you understand that the voucher is valid for one year from date of purchased. Your voucher will be deemed invalid if you do not use it within the specified time frame. Under special circumstances Noble Wines may decide to offer an extension to the expiry date if you fail to make use your voucher in the allowed time frame. This is entirely upon our discretion and will not apply in all circumstances.

Accuracy of Content

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. We reserve the right to decline orders if the description of the goods or price contain any errors. Prices on site are current at time of display and subject to variation without notice. We will do our best to display accurate descriptions and pricing, but are unable to warrant that the product descriptions or other content of the web site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the details on this website.

Privacy and Security

Noble Wines collects customer information so that we can process your orders as efficiently as possible. All your information is kept secure and we will not disclose or share this information to other parties under any circumstances. We do not record credit card details; all credits cards are processed by Windcave payment Solutions with full PCI compliance, which uses the latest SSL technology to keep your information safe, one of the world’s most secure payment methods. Joining the Noble Wines mailing list is optional, although recommended. It will allow us to keep you up to date with the latest info including what’s new in store. If you have signed up to our mailing list and would like to unsubscribe simply email us with unsubscribe in the subject area, and we shall remove you from the list.
