No. We deliver Monday – Friday.

We’re happy for you to skip a month but you’ll need to tell us in the first week of that month. Just send us an email 🙂

No. You are free to leave whenever you want. Just let us know at the beginning of the month so as not to receive a case! P.s – we understand you may need a break and are sad to see you go so come back anytime!

Yes. For one off cases we charge a flat fee of $5 per case. For monthly members you pay a delivery fee for your first case and then it’s free after that.

Easy. Just email us at the beginning of the month and tell us what you’d like to change and we’ll apply the adjustment.

It happens. Just let us know asap and we’ll arrange a replacement for you.

Of course! More wine is always a good idea so just send us an email with your preferences and we’ll do the rest.
